Property Process Leader at ICA Västerås Hacksta

Do you want to play a key role in the development of property-related processes in one of Sweden's largest and most dynamic warehouse operations? We are now looking for a Property Process Leader for our technical team at ICA Västerås Hacksta – a role where you will have the opportunity to influence, streamline, and create sustainable solutions for the logistics of the future.

About the role

As a Property Process Leader, you have a central role at the interface between our extensive warehouse operations with 1300 employees, spread across five buildings, and property-related issues.

You work closely with the production-related operations to identify and drive improvements in the property area, and together with property owners and property managers, you ensure that property projects are carried out efficiently and in line with the needs of the business. Additionally, you collaborate with our four other warehouse units in Sweden within a central forum to share experiences and develop common strategies.

The role also includes participating in budget work and collecting and analyzing operational data to identify areas for improvement. You communicate insights to the entire organization and drive development for a more optimized operation.

An important part of your responsibility is energy optimization, where you continuously work to reduce energy consumption and implement solutions that improve energy efficiency in our systems, equipment, and automation processes.

Who are you?

You have good knowledge of project management and property management, preferably with experience from the logistics industry. Your strong communication skills allow you to easily build relationships and create engagement in collaborations. You thrive in a role where you have an overview of the business and can support different roles in property-related issues, and

you also have a holistic perspective and take responsibility for driving solutions from idea to finished installation. Your colleagues would describe you as a skilled communicator, and you are happy to share your experience and expertise to strengthen the team's development. Your excellent collaboration skills mean you thrive in teams, and you actively contribute to a positive work environment.

Qualifications

• Post-secondary education in a relevant field, such as property management, property technology, logistics, or technical project management, or several years of experience in property-related work and project management within warehousing/logistics.
• Experience in project management within property management with the ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously.
• Strong communication skills for effective collaboration with internal and external stakeholders.
• Good ability to understand and meet customer needs.
• Experience in energy efficiency and sustainable property solutions.
• Fluent in Swedish and English, both spoken and written.
